Proud to announce that I have completed the Mentor in Training Program with Polestar Pilates! I am now a fully qualified mentor and will commence training the next generation of instructors in 2024! Bring it on!
The studio has had a bit of a makeover! We now have two reformer beds!
'Torture Room 3' as it is affectionately known, houses the combo chair and ladder barrel. It's also where the virtual zoom classes take place. I can see you on my 60" screen. Class sizes are capped to ensure you receive as much attention as you would in a physical class.
