Equilibrium - 'the condition of a system in which all competing influences are balanced’

Pilates is a whole body philosophy incorporating complete co-ordination of the mind, body and spirit. Our bodies need to be in a state of 'Equilibrium' which is where the concept of my business began.

Everyone is different, from their bodies to the way they learn. Working with a diverse range of clients ranging in age from 3 to 83, I am experienced in tailoring classes and programs to suit wide ranging needs.

Because of my personal experiences, I have a particular interest and experience in exercise rehabilitation.
My Story
Whilst my love for health and fitness started when I was young, I came to Pilates after being involved in a serious motor vehicle accident in 2008. After 2 months in a wheelchair and learning to walk again, I found that traditional gym based exercises did not work for me due to the extent of my injuries. I was fortunate to work with an exercise physiologist who was Pilates trained and the journey began!
